Character is ~PridefulSin's Alaire
One of the character reff sheets said that Alaire carries around a flower in a little... *can't think of the word* ... um.... that thing around his neck D:
A white magnolia. It's supposed to be from his (dead) lover or something like that
(you can see how well I pay attention haha)
